We Live in This Valley Too

The schools, parks, hospitals and neighborhoods we work around are the ones our own families use.

Why it matters to us

Our Team Is From Here

Kogan is a Phoenix company staffed by people who live in the Phoenix area. The buildings we take down and put back up sit in the same neighborhoods our crews drive home to at the end of the day.

That changes how you work. It also means when something around here needs a hand, it is usually somebody on the team who brings it up first.

We care about the places that hold a neighborhood together, and we back them where we can. Sometimes that is work, sometimes it is time, and sometimes it is just turning up.

Out in the Valley

It Usually Starts With Somebody on the Crew

A school one of their kids goes to. A rescue somebody spends their Saturdays at. A neighbor having a hard year. Somebody on the crew brings it up, and the company gets behind it.

We would rather back the things our people already care about than pick a cause off a list because it looks good on a website. There is no program and no budget line. It is a small company where people talk to each other.

Who we back

The Places That Hold a Neighborhood Together

These are the groups our team is usually out with.

Schools

The schools our kids and our crews’ kids walk into every morning.

Parks and Playgrounds

Shared ground that belongs to everybody, which is exactly why it needs looking after.

Hospitals and Clinics

The places you hope you never need and are grateful for when you do.

Senior Living

The neighbors who built this Valley before any of us got here.

Ask us

Have Something You Think We Could Help With?

If you run a school, a nonprofit, a community group or anything else around the Phoenix area and you think we could be useful, tell us about it. We cannot take on everything, but we would rather you asked than assumed the answer was no.
