Safety

Safety on Every Kogan Jobsite

At Kogan LLC, safety is more than a requirement. It is the core principle behind every project decision we make. We are fully insured and operate in complete compliance with all local, state and federal demolition regulations throughout Arizona.

Demolition work demands precision, strategic planning and disciplined risk management. Our safety systems are built to protect our workforce, our clients, surrounding properties and the public, without compromise.

The record

Zero Injuries. Zero Unexpected Damage.

Demolition involves risk. With the right systems that risk is predictable, manageable and preventable, and the record is what shows it.

Job Site Safety and Cleanliness

How we work

Four Systems That Run on Every Job

Nothing here is situational. Every job gets all four, whether it is one bathroom or a warehouse.

01

Pre-Project Safety Planning

Before any equipment moves and before any structure comes down, we make sure the site is fully understood and secured. Our planning process includes:

  • Detailed jobsite walkthrough and hazard assessment
  • Verification of all utilities: water, gas, electrical, sewer
  • Site preparation and equipment mobilization
  • Development of a structured demolition plan
  • Identification of the PPE the job requires
02

Protecting the Site and Client Property

We treat every environment, residential, commercial or industrial, with the highest level of care. Our on-site protection measures include:

  • Installation of protective barriers and safety perimeters
  • Advanced dust-control procedures
  • Floor, wall and surface protection for interior demolition
  • Controlled debris handling to prevent accidental damage
  • Daily housekeeping to keep the site clean, safe and accessible

All equipment is operated exclusively by trained and certified personnel.

03

Environmentally Responsible Demolition

We make sure every project meets modern environmental standards and sustainable disposal practices. Our commitment includes:

  • Sorting and recycling eligible materials such as concrete and metals
  • Responsible disposal of non-recyclable debris
  • Safe handling and removal of hazardous materials by licensed specialists, where required

Kogan LLC takes environmental stewardship as seriously as structural safety.

04

Emergency Readiness and Response

Our crews are trained to act quickly and effectively if something unexpected happens, including:

  • Utility line strikes
  • Sudden structural instability
  • Fire or spark-related hazards
  • On-site medical emergencies

Credentials

Licensed, Certified, and Checkable

Every number below can be looked up on the state’s own register. You should not have to take our word for it.

AZ ROC CR-61

Waste and disposal

Where the Material Actually Goes

Taking a building down is half the job. The other half is everything that used to be in it leaving the site properly.

LEED® Accredited

LEED® accredited team members on the job, so projects working toward certification have someone on site who understands what that takes.

Waste Management

Containers dropped, loaded and hauled while the job is running, rather than debris piling up until the end. The crew doing the demolition is the crew removing it.

Recycling

Reduce, reuse, recycle. Concrete, scrap metal and clean material get separated on site and sent for recycling instead of going into a landfill.

Permitted Disposal

What leaves the site goes to permitted facilities, sorted by type, with the hazardous material handled by licensed specialists rather than by us.

Safety Is Not Just Part of Our Process

It is the standard we uphold on every job, every day. We take pride in executing demolition with discipline and professionalism, and in delivering safe, clean, controlled results on every project.
