Residential Demolition
A pool nobody swims in is a running cost and a liability. Removing one is straightforward, but how it is backfilled decides whether the ground is stable years later and whether it has to be disclosed when the house sells.
Partial removal breaks the shell, punches the base for drainage and backfills. Full removal takes the whole shell out. Both need the plumbing capped and the fill compacted in layers rather than tipped in and levelled.
We will tell you honestly which one your situation needs.

In layers, so the ground does not settle in two years.
