Our Concrete Cutting Service
Cutting concrete is precision work that happens in the middle of somebody else’s schedule. A plumber needs a trench through a slab before he can run pipe. An electrician needs a core through a wall. A general contractor needs a doorway cut into a panel that is holding up a roof. We cut it clean, we cut it where it was marked, and we get off the site so the next trade can start.
Plumbers, electricians, mechanical contractors and general contractors are the people who need concrete opened up, and they need it opened on the morning they said they would be there. We take the call, we cut the line that was marked, and we take the spoil with us. No second visit to collect the debris, and no argument about who sweeps up.
Most of our cutting happens in buildings that are already finished, occupied, or trading. That changes how the work is run.
We cut to your marks, and we say something if a line looks like it runs through something structural. A cut in the wrong place on a slab is not a cut you can undo.
Wet cutting produces slurry and it has to be controlled, especially on a finished floor or in a space that is still trading.
Breaking out and hauling off is part of the service. Sorted on site and recycled where the load allows, rather than left in a pile for somebody else.
Concrete cutting is usually the first ten per cent of a bigger job. Same crew for the cut and the removal means the trench does not sit open waiting on a second contractor.
