Commercial Demolition
A tenant leaves, a new one signs, and somewhere between the two the suite has to come back to a shell. That is tenant improvement demolition, and the date it finishes is usually already in somebody else’s program.
We take out the build-out and leave the structure: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, signage, and the services that belonged to the old tenant. What stays is agreed before anything comes down, because on a TI job the expensive mistake is removing something the landlord was keeping.
The build-out crew has a start date. We work back from it, including nights and weekends where the building needs it.
Common areas, lifts and neighboring suites are protected and the debris route is planned, not improvised.
Walls, ceilings, flooring and old services out, structure and anything being retained untouched.
The next trade walks into a clean shell rather than somebody else’s mess.
Commercial interior cleared and protected ahead of renovation
Interior strip-out with the floor protected and debris contained
Excavator taking down an interior wall in a commercial unit
